Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County’s Annual Golf Tournament was held on October 13, 2025!
We hosted our largest golf tournament in BGCBC’s 60-year history at Fort Lauderdale Country Club. The exclusive and oldest private country club in Broward County.
Beautiful weather, mixed in with a stunning course and our amazing sponsors, was the winning combination to raise vital funds for our youth.
We had the pleasure to hear Roosevelt Merisier speak to our guests about what Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County means to him and his family. Roosevelt is the 2025 BGCBC Youth of the Year, representing the Lester H. White Boys & Girls Club. He was an active member of our Club for five years, and is currently a part-time staff member. What he loves most about his Boys & Girls Club is the wide range of programs and the confidence they’ve instilled in him that has helped shape him into the ambitious leader he is today. Roosevelt is currently a freshman at Broward College, where he is pursuing a degree in Psychology.
