Our Club members closed out the year with a spectacular violin concert at the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center! With a string quartet and a keyboard player from Volta Music Foundation accompanying the violinists, this was more than a recital—it was a full-blown concert experience! Thank you, Volta Music Foundation for all you do for our youth!

Celebrating Juneteenth
At Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, we believe in creating a world where every young person can grow up great. Juneteenth, celebrated on June 19, honors the day in 1865 when the last enslaved people in the U.S. learned they were free—two years after slavery had officially ended. Juneteenth is a time to celebrate freedom, equality, and progress. At our Clubs, we use this day to learn more about history, stand up for what’s right, and support one another as leaders and friends. Together, we build a future where every voice is heard, and every youth belongs.
