THE Generals Club

We want all members to graduate from high school with a plan for the future; demonstrate good character and citizenship by participating in leadership training and volunteering in community service projects; and engage in sports and other activities that promote living a healthy lifestyle.
The Generals Club program facilitates the success of our Club Members by teaching and engaging them in the construction industry. Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County encourages formal post-secondary education through a very successful scholarship program. While this is still a valued course, a percentage of our Members will not seek a traditional college education. The Generals Club program was developed to encourage Club Members who do not seek this path to consider the building and construction trade as a viable and worthwhile career option.
The Generals Club is primarily made up of construction professionals that support the Boys & Girls Clubs both financially and by developing critical programs that support and engage young people to enter the construction industry.
Generals Club Chairs: Annie Mecias-Murphy, JA&M Developing, LLC and Krystyna Ermer, Thermal Concepts
