The 1st Annual Teen Mental Health Summit, "Mind Over Everything (M.O.E)," took place on Saturday, September 27th at the Leo Goodwin Foundation Teen Center.
Created by teens, for teens, the event focused on promoting open conversations and education around mental health. Over 165+ teens participated from all of our Boys & Girls Clubs in Broward County, including Club members from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade. The summit featured six interactive workshop sessions, each tackling important and relevant issues affecting today’s youth, making it a powerful and engaging day of learning, connection, and empowerment.
