Youth of the Year winners inspire their peers and other young people to embrace leadership, service, and academic excellence, fostering a culture of positive change within the Clubs.

Mic Drop allows candidates to sharpen their public speaking skills, gain confidence speaking in front of crowds and perfect the art of owning the stage in any setting.

Networking is crucial for our youth as it helps them build relationships, access opportunities, and develop their careers. This program provides access to mentors, potential employers, and valuable resources, allowing them to learn, grow, and advance professionally. Networking also fosters confidence, builds strong relationships, and helps them navigate the complexities of the professional world. 

The program unlocks opportunities to travel, meet and mingle with other Teens–teaching valuable life skills, and exposing them to new cultural and social experiences.
