Where Summer Begins and Futures Are Shaped: Support A Member Today

GREAT FUTURES START IN THE SUMMER For just $15 a year, a child can gain access to a safe and nurturing environment that extends beyond summer—ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed. Every donation makes a meaningful impact, but it’s important to understand the true cost of providing these life-changing programs to our youth. The cost to support each child is significantly higher than you might think. To fully support a child’s journey at the Boys & Girls Club, it costs $2,791 per child annually. This covers everything from daily mentorship, meals, safety, enrichment programs, educational activities and like and workforce readiness programs that help children and teens grow academically, emotionally, and socially. Your Gift Sends a Child to a Club for the Summer: • $100 – Jumpstart Summer Fun Gives a child 1 week filled with safety, meals, and mentorship. • $250 – Fuel CuriosityProvides 3–4 days of immersive STEM, arts, and project-based learning. • $500 – Create a Milestone MomentSponsors a full week of enrichment, mentorship, and field trips. • $1,000 – Transform 2 WeeksProvides 2 weeks of academic and emotional growth. • $5,000 – Support Long TermHelps ensure long-term stability and success for nearly 2 children, supporting their entire journey. • $10,000 – Empower a CommunityCovers the full cost for 15 children across all Clubs for the entire year. Give Now Why Does This Matter? In Broward County, 1 in 5 children lives in poverty, and many face time without the structure, mentorship, or safe environments they desperately need. By understanding the True Cost, you’re helping us bridge that gap so children can thrive, regardless of their circumstances. Click Here to Support Now! Together, we can provide kids the chance to have a Greater Future!
Broward County Needs Club Kids

Broward County Needs Club Kids Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County is proud to be part of a bold new national campaign America Needs Club Kids. The campaign from Boys & Girls Clubs of America is built on a simple idea: the America of tomorrow will be shaped by the way we invest in kids today – and places like Boys & Girls Clubs open the door for a future generation who will propel our country forward. For more than 165 years, Boys & Girls Clubs across the country have been opening doors for kids and teens — helping them succeed in school, build life skills, discover passions, and grow into confident leaders. Now, Clubs are taking that message nationwide with a campaign designed to inspire more people to get involved. “At Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County we see firsthand how kids thrive when they’re given support, encouragement, and opportunities to lead,” said Chris Gentile, Co-CEO of BGCBC. “This campaign is about helping everyone understand that investing in young people isn’t just important — it’s essential to our future.” Broward County Needs Club Kids is a call to action to support. It reminds us that the success of today’s youth affects every one of us — and that Boys & Girls Clubs are key to preparing young people to become all they’re capable of, including being our next scientists, nurses, teachers, business leaders and community changemakers. As part of the campaign, BGCBC will be sharing stories of Club members, hosting community events, and spreading the message locally. No matter where you live, the message is clear: strong kids build strong communities. We all benefit from kids who grow up in Boys & Girls Clubs— this is why America Needs Club Kids and Broward County Needs Club Kids.
